Meet Lauren

Under the supervision of Sharon Leal, LPC-S

My name is Lauren, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I have a bachelor’s degree in music education from Texas A&M-Kingsville and a Master of Education degree in counseling and marriage & family therapy. I have a diverse background, specializing in serving individuals, couples, and families across all age groups. With a strong foundation in cognitive therapy, I believe in empowering clients to understand and transform thought patterns, leading to positive changes in behavior and emotional well-being.

My goal is to help guide individuals and couples to create a safe and supportive environment that allows free expression of emotions and opportunities for healing, growth and change. My diverse background has provided invaluable lessons and skills to help clients rebuild lives, gain confidence and resilience, grow stronger bonds and empower individuals to achieve their goals.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, and baking.
