Supervised by Ryan Thompson, LPC-S
Elizabeth is passionate about working with young children, pre-teens, teens, and young adults. She specializes in Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Expressive Arts Therapy, Animal- Assisted Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy, using developmentally appropriate approaches to help clients feel safe, supported, and empowered.
Elizabeth believes healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and accepted. She creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can be themselves while building the confidence and skills needed to navigate life’s challenges. She values strong therapeutic relationships and meets each client where they are, often incorporating creativity, playfulness, and humor into the counseling process.
For children, Elizabeth utilizes Child-Centered Play Therapy and parent coaching to foster emotional expression, self-confidence, and healthy development. She also integrates talk therapy and expressive arts techniques to help clients process emotions, build self-awareness, and develop practical coping strategies.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys reading, watercolor painting, playing video games, and spending time outdoors with her dogs and horses.
