Meet Kristy

My name is Kristy, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Master of Science degree in Counseling from Jackson State University. I have experience working with children ages 10 & up, teens, adults, couples and families dealing with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, family relationship concerns, and couples.

I believe that therapy is not a narrow road, and every person should receive individualized treatment to meet their needs. I believe in treating the whole person and I’m ready to help if you’ll take the first step. I welcome clients from all walks of life, belief systems, ethnicities, races, genders, & sexual orientations.

I live in Fort Worth with my husband and two sons. I enjoy being creative and indulging in adult coloring books and various arts and crafts.
