Meet Lendy

My name is Lendy, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my bachelor’s degree from Baker University in Kansas and my master’s degree from Troy University in Alabama. I work with ages 18 and up, adults and couples, and fully understand how difficult change can be whether it is due to emotional issues such as depression or anxiety, a history of trauma and trying to understand it and move past it or a transition in life due to grief or loss.

I believe that everyone at some time in their life goes through experiences where it would be helpful to have an impartial individual to talk to. My goal is to provide a safe nonjudgemental environment to encourage an individual to acknowledge and enhance their strengths in order to move to a more positive phase of their life.
