Meet Tammy

Gottman Level 1-Couples Counseling

My name is Tammy, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have a bachelor’s degree in social work and a master’s degree in professional counseling from Amberton University. I have over a decade of experience working alongside teens ages 16 & up, adults, and couples.

My goal is to create an environment where you feel safe, heard, and valued in the office or through telehealth. My desire is to listen to the many transitions you go through in life, providing practical tools that you can use in daily life for a fuller life and healthier relationships. I know making the first appointment can be hard and scary. I hope to talk to you soon.

I enjoy spending time with my husband traveling, exercising, and watching college basketball, especially the University of Kentucky.
