Meet Trinity

Supervised by Crystal Mercer LPC-S

Trinity Jackson works with adults, teens, children, couples and families. She also works with young adults and athletes. Trinity helps clients build insight, developing practical skills, and creating meaningful change. “I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where clients can explore their experiences without judgment while also developing tools to improve their daily lives. I recognize that every person has a unique story, and I tailor my approach to meet each client’s individual needs, goals, and stage of life.”

Trinity integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution- Focused Brief Therapy to support both insight and change.

When working with children and adolescents, Trinity focuses on creating a safe and supportive space where they can express themselves, build emotional awareness, and develop healthy coping skills. She also partners with parents and caregivers when appropriate to support progress outside of the counseling session.

With adults, couples, and families, Trinity takes a collaborative approach to improving communication, navigating life transitions, strengthening relationships, and addressing emotional and behavioral concerns.

As a former Division I athlete in both volleyball and track, Trinity has a strong passion for working with athletes and understand the unique mental, emotional, and performance-related pressures they face. She enjoys supporting athletes with confidence building, performance anxiety, identity development, injury recovery, and balancing the demands of sport with life outside of athletics. Above all, her goal is to help clients feel empowered to better understand themselves, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful change.

Trinity also enjoys coaching volleyball, spending quality time with my family, creating fun specialty dessert drinks with different sodas and syrups, and scrolling Pinterest for inspiration and creativity.
